Material :Kydex

High hardness, high toughness, high impact resistance, aging, UV resistance.
Processability: Thermoforming, blister or moulding.
Uses: Holsters, Knife sheath, equipment shells, high-speed rail aviation decks, furniture.
Various specifications can be customized.

Note：

The thickness of 1.5 mm needs 90-100 ℃ to soften

The thickness of 2.0 mm needs 100-110 ℃ to soften

The thickness of 3.0mm needs 120-140 ℃ to soften

Note: the temperature should not be too high, otherwise the material will shrink or become large deformation.
