-Double Angular
-Solid carbide, the whole alloy material is harder and more durable.
-90°

-The diameter is very small, and chamfering can also be carried out for complex workpiece shapes.
-The specification of the long neck which is convenient for the edge of the workpiece in a deeper position and reverse chamfering of the drilling hole has been standardized.
-A coating with higher melting resistance is adopted.
-Efficient spiral flute makes cutting easier.

Cutting Conditions

P: Vc 70-100 , fz 0.05~0.1
M: Vc 60-80 , fz 0.03~0.08
K: Vc 40-80 , fz 0.05~0.1
N: Vc 80-150 , fz 0.05~0.12

-Please adjust the parameters according to different machining conditions.
-We recommend machining with cooling conditions.
-Sometimes Back chamfering needs to reduce parameters.
-If secondary burrs occur, please reduce the feed.
