What's the upgrades compared to original anycubic mega hotend?
1. Print high temperature.
Original--teflon tube throat,upgrade--all metal throat. This meaning you are able to print more high temperature filament,not just under 260C degree.
2. Reduce clogging.
Fast radiating effectly reduce the clogging during printing.
3. Save printing time.
More than Regular edition Mega V5 hotend faster printing speed.
4. Improve printing precision.
Quality hotend parts create the better printing result.

Advantages

One-piece copper alloy design faster thermal conductivity Heat break and nozzle are closely
connected and the glue leakage is almost zero .
Heat sink:
You are advised to increase fan heat dissipation
Heating block and heat sink are connected by two M2 screws with I-shaped positioning pipe , which makes the connection more stable and will not skew and break.
The low thermal conductivity of M2 screw prevents thermal creep. We precisely machine
each part to fit into each other to reduce potential leaks andclogging.
Another key design feature is the use of posts to prevent the heating block from turning
during nozzle changes, allowing it to be done with just one hand like most other heating devices.
About mega v5 hotend Disassembly diagram
1. Standard version hotend operating temperatures below 300°C.
Contains:high quality dragon aluminum alloy heatblock and e3d V6 brass nozzle.
2. High temperature version(HT) hotend operating temperatures below 500°C.
Contains:high quality dragon plated copper heatblock and e3d V6 hardened steel black nozzle.
please notice: the gift silicone sock working tempreature is up to 260°C
