Question: Can you program for 2 lines? line 1 four inches - line 2 two inches tall?
Answer: You can do 2 or more lines. You select "Text" for a program and it will add what is essentially another text box on top of one already there. You then drag the top and bottom of the text boxes up and down so you can see them both. You can do what you want in each text box such as color, size, activity, whatever.

Question: The town my business is located prohibits scrolling or flickering sign. They allow one constant message for 24 hours. Will this work ?
Answer: It would work - there is a timer you can set when you program your sign - like to change every 24 hours or so.

Question: What is the default wifi password?
Answer: The manual says it will work without the password and that is my experience. But it says if you need one it is 88888888. Note, They also have a password for the panel setup (sets number of vertical and horizontal LEDs, type of color, etc.) and that password is 168.

Question: If hung in a window facing outside,is it bright enough to read outside even during the day? Any glare/reflection off inside of window at night?

Answer: I use this in our food bank and it works perfect. It is very bright so I think it should work fine
