Power supply: self-provided power supply

K100-PRO spot welder control board adopts 12 MOS tubes, theoretically the maximum current can reach about 4000A .



1. DLST(Delay time): the time after the solder pen touches the nickel piece to delay the trigger, the greater the time, the later the spot welding start time

2. TR1(First spot welding): the first spot welding MOS tube conduction time, the greater the time, the higher the spot welding power

3. INTI(interval time): the first spot welding and the second spot welding interval time, the greater the time the second spot welding start time is later

4. TR2(Second spot welding): the second spot welding MOS tube conduction time, the greater the time, the higher the spot welding power

5. IN(Voltage): real-time display of the supply voltage. Working voltage range: 9-18V

6. °F(temperature): spot welding MOS tube temperature detection. 0-50 is the normal temperature, more than 50 degrees, the need to suspend the spot welding work, the temperature drops before continuing to work


Note: double pulse refers to the instantaneous two spot welding, TR1 that is the first spot welding, TR2 that is the second spot welding

Single pulse spot welding: set 1TR or set one of 2TR. The other is always 0.

Double pulse spot welding: set 1TR and 2TR.

Because the thickness of the spot welding is different, the pressure is different and so on different factors, please be patient to practice spot welding and find the right value.



Operation instructions.

1. set the DLST(Delay time): under the power on state, short press SEL key, move the cursor to DLST option, short press +/-, you can micro-adjust the delay time. Long press to adjust quickly.

2. Set TR1(First spot welding): At power on, press SEL briefly, move cursor to TR1 option, press +/- briefly to adjust First spot welding pulse time slightly. Long press to adjust quickly.

3. Set INTI(interval time): In the power on state, press SEL briefly, move the cursor to INTI option, press +/- briefly to fine-tune the interval time. Long press to adjust quickly.

4. Set TR2(Second spot welding): At power on, press SEL briefly, move cursor to TR2 option, press +/- briefly to Second spot welding pulse time. Long press to adjust quickly.

5. IN(Voltage): Under the power on state, short press SEL key, move the cursor to IN option, you can display the current power supply voltage.

6. °F(temperature): Under the power on state, short press SEL key, move the cursor to °F option, you can display the current MOS tube temperature.

7. In the power-on state, press and hold the SEL key to turn off the power. When the power is off, press and hold the SEL key to turn on the power.
