Sample lead time depends on different shipping way and different country: usually DHL/Fedex/UPS 3~7 working days,24 days not received successfully for full refund,but not included the reason for buyer's custom clearance delaying;Post N/L 10-35 working days,60-90 days not received successfully for full refund according to different countries,but not included the reason for buyer's custom clearance delaying.

How do you need to do if you really have not working lamps after you tested carefully?

You have to take some photos to us and calculate the not working lamps quantity and try to remove /disassemble the plastic shell and get the LED plates and only shipped these not working LED Light Source to us without Plastic shells and accessories, you would have to pay for the shipping charge in your country, you can find the cheapest shipping agency to send back these LED Light Sources to us. Once we got the tracking information and we will send you new LED Light Source Replacement to you with free shipping to your country.
