Completely screw the Volcano ZME and the volcano-style nozzletogether in the direction shown in the picture without leaving any gaps.Step 3

Leave the MZE-V alone for now here use a 7mm socket to screw the nozzle into the heater block and tighten it against the heat breaker to prevent leakage, if necessary use the heat tightening method.

The torque value is based on the guidance of your nozzle and hotend supplier, generally no more than 2 Nm.Step 4

Tighten the MZE-V with a 10mm socket so that its top surface is tight against the heating block, so that there will be a gap of 0.3-1mm between its underside and the flange surface of the nozzle, which is normal.

The torque value should not exceed 2 Nm.
